There is plenty of shopping available such as, Shepplers Western Store, Tenners Western Outfitters, Sams Club and Wal-Mart.

There are plenty of fine restaurants available with moderate prices. Offering Chicken, Seafood, BBQ, Tex-Mex, Mexican, Italian and "Muley" says " the best steaks in the country."

The weather in October should average 70 degrees daytime and 50 degrees at night, with occasional precipitation.

There are 4 RV parks in Oklahoma City within 1½ miles from the hotel. With Fan-Camp at Tinker Air Force Base.

At this time "Muley" is arranging a tour of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Further, he thinks he will also offer a second of the city of Oklahoma. Both tours would cost $39.00 per person, which includes the coach fare and lunch. He further states that the tours will have to be on separate days, one on Thursday and the other one on Friday, so that we can enjoy the sights and not be rushed in doing so. (The Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum would cost $21.00 and the City Tour would be $18.00 per person).

There is plenty of entertainment available such as, Oklahoma City National Memorial, Bricktown & Canal with great restaurants available. The Myriad Gardens and Crystal Bridge Botanical Gardens, the 45th Infantry Division Military Museum, The Kirkpatrick Science Museum and the Oklahoma City Zoo.
There are many golf courses with green fees starting at $30.00 for two to include a cart or you may play for only $8.00.

By the way, there are the Indian Casinos available also.



NATIONAL COWBOY AND WESTERN HERITAGE MUSEUM
